bodies. With the gift of time, we have the opportunity to attend
to our physical well-being.
Ask
yourself these questions:

What am I doing to take care of my body?

Do I exercise regularly?

What do I need/want to do to increase my strength, flexibility
and physical capacity?

What do I need/want to do to improve my cardiovascular fitness?

Do I want to take up a sport, dance, yoga or a similar activity?

How can I make healthier choices with what I eat?

Am I getting regular preventative medical care?

Do I need treatment for sleep disturbance, memory issues, physical
symptoms, and/or substance abuse?

Have I set aside time for relaxation?
-
Have I considered body work or massage?
