The Life Planning Network (LPN) aspires to be the magnet organization for professionals from diverse fields committed to Life Planning for the Third Age. LPN will be recognized for its exceptional programs, work on professional development and standards, resources, intellectual capital, innovative ideas and fostering of future leaders. LPN will serve as a regional model that inspires a national network of aligned organizations.

To accomplish our mission, we:

  • Share resources and information through robust communication, networking and referral
  • Identify, integrate and disseminate emerging models, research and best practices
  • Provide high impact programming
  • Identify, endorse and model professional standards for Third Age Life Planning (ethics, competence, and quality)
  • Undertake selected collaborative projects
  • Welcome members from diverse professional backgrounds
